This fireplace is solid block construction with a real, used brick veneer.
Originally I was asked to make the majority of this chimney stack stucco with some brick detail and cap.
The owner really liked the look of the brick and asked me to veneer the entire stack with brick. The result is a better choice of materials
for the marine environment of La Jolla California.
